About
Ameet is a singer-songwriter blending influences from India and the U.S., creating a unique sound that bridges East and West. Raised in Mumbai on church hymns, Bollywood, and global pop icons like The Beatles, ABBA, and Queen, he later moved to New York to pursue music, performing in parks and nightclubs.
His debut album Greasy Rails (2010) earned critical acclaim for its cross-cultural sound, followed by Into the Night (2016), a genre-blending project that further defined his artistic identity.
Now evolving into soul and R&B, Ameet’s latest work explores pop, ballads, and dance music with an unmistakable 80s influence.
